Q: Can I buy one of your display cases through a retailer or a distributor in my area?
A: GEMO display cases are sold directly to the collector, not through any distributor. They may be ordered as in-store display cases for commercial customers. We are located in Canton, Ohio but sell by catalog to collectors throughout the United States and Canada (other countries upon request)

Q: How are your display cases shipped?
A: Most of our display cases are shipped unassembled, although some small ones can be shipped fully assembled. All of our display cases are carefully packaged and sent by UPS throughout the US and Canada.

Q: Since your cases are glass and mirror, don't they break during shipment?
A: While we do pack our products with extreme care, it does happen on occasion that something will break during shipment. In that case, we can replace any breakage and immediately ship to you, free of charge.

Q: How do I put your display case together?
A: Most of our display cases are shipped unassembled. Assembly is easy and requires no tools. With each shipment, we will include a video with a demonstration of the step-by-step assembly process.

Q: How long does until I receive my display case?
A: Our shipping delay from the moment your order is received is from 4 to 6 weeks. If you have a paticular rush, please address it with us to expedite.

Q: Can your display cases be locked?
A: Yes, we can provide optional locks for any compartment. We have several options for locks: you may yourself purchase locks for sliding glass doors at any local hardware store. Or we can provide you those same hardware store locks for $5 per lock (you will need one lock per compartment). Please note that those locks may seem a little bulky if you are concerned about the look of you display case. Our third option: we can fit the case with special locks in the sliding glass doors (see picture on right). These locks are smaller and certainly more attractive than hardware store locks. Those are available for $25 per lock (you will need one lock per display case compartment).

Q: Can your display cases include lighting?
A: Yes, lighting (either neon / fluorescent or halogen lighting) is available at an additional charge. Please contact us for more information.

Q: I need a very particular size case? What do you have available as far as customized sizes?
A: We have a very wide range of sizes for you to choose from (see our custom size). And we can always provide you an exact quote at no obligation to you.

Q: Why do I see some display cases on your website that are not in the catalog?
A: The Display cases featured on this website are all example of what GEMO can build. You can choose any display case from our website or contact us to help you design your perfect display case.

Q: If I buy a display case today, can I "add a compartment" later?
A: Our display cases are "modular" in design, meaning you can choose the exact size of each compartment for your case. It is possible to add a compartment to a display case at a later time, but we recommend you contact us for more information.

Q: Are your display case shelves ajustable?
A: While the size of each compartments is fixed, the shelves inside any compartment are adjustable (up to 3 or 4 shelves per compartment)

Q: Are your cases acrylic? Or do you have acrylic cases?
A: All of our display cases are glass and mirror. While we have carried an acrylic line of display cases in the past, it has been discontinued.
